• 12 injection presses, newest commissioned in August 2010,
from 25 to 270 tonnes producing mouldings up to 500gms.
• Automatic demoulding through beam robot
• Overmoulding & insert moulding capability
• 3 shift production up to 6 days per week.
• Multi component assembly.
• High volume throughput of engineering plastics including glass filled nylons
• All machines fitted with closed loop systems
