Our mould shop facilities include:

• 11 injection presses ( the oldest commissioned in 1997, newest June 2004) from 25 to 210 tonnes producing mouldings up to 400gm.
• Automatic demoulding through beam robot
• Overmoulding & insert moulding capability
• 3 shift production up to 6 days per week.
• Multi component assembly.
• High volume throughput of engineering plastics including glass filled nylons
• All machines fitted with closed loop systems
